Our Shipping
Our standard UK delivery is 3-5 working days, charged at £3.95, and orders over £50 will have free delivery.
As long as all your items are in stock, we aim to deliver your order within 5 working days. Please note that during sale and peak periods you should allow up to 7-10 days. Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are not classed 'working days'.
Where possible, we will send all of your order together, however any items that are out of stock will be sent as soon as possible. Please note that you will only be charged one delivery charge for your order. If any items are out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible and advise of the expected delivery date.
All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee a specific date. We will do everything in our power to meet all orders placed but we cannot guarantee the availability of the products displayed on this website.
We reserve the right to discontinue the offering of any product on the website at any time and without notice.
How to Make a Return
In the rare & unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged, faulty or you wish to return it, we would ask you to contact us within 7 working days of receiving the parcel by email at [email protected]
All items then need to be returned within 14 days, complete and in a reasonable condition and we would ask that you return the items with the original packaging (this does not affect your statutory rights).
With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, Paisley Cat are not responsible for return postage or the costs associated with this.
Once you have contacted us, please ensure that you include the reason for your returns and your order reference number inside the parcel. We would also recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting, just incase the parcel fails to reach us for any reason.
Large items will need to be collected by our couriers and, with the exception of faulty items, the cost for this will be deducted from your refund. Please call 01252 715847 during the shops open hours and we will be able to arrange a collection for you.

How to Cancel an Order
You can cancel an order at any time before it has been processed for shipping by calling the store on 01252 715847 or emailing us at [email protected]
Once the order has been despatched, please follow the Returns procedure as above.
